I’ve been taking the PLUS, AO, and Phytomatrix religiously for over 3 years now. I’m very seldom sick with even a cold. I take the key four products twice/day (PLUS, AO, Phytomatrix, and the new Omega) and Ambrotose almost every day. One thing I do like every other day is add Ambrotose to my breakfast mix of Lifeway Kefir (either Blueberry or Strawberry flavor) [so good for your immune system too], some blueberries, strawberries or bananas with usually a bran cereal.
