Today I stumbled across this cool clip of social entrepreneur Elia Saikaly.  Elia reached the top of the world in May 2010!

In the clip he is thanking the people who introduced him to the nutritional supplements that gave him the slight edge he needed.  He is especially thankful for Mannatech’s Optimal Support packets and Empact drink mix.

After 16 years of benefiting from these amazing nutrients myself, some days I wonder how anyone can get by without this “edge” on living.

My health has been revolutionized.  And for that, like Elia, I will  be extremely grateful.  Thanks, Dad, for introducing me to this and thanks to the multitude of scientists and researchers that have made Real Food accessible to this city girl.
